Life is a beautiful journey
where we meet many people from different strata of society. In this journey we
learn so many things from so many people knowingly or unknowingly that we
sometimes forget to recognize. We remember the teacher who taught us stories of
brave people in school but we forget the riddles told by our grandparents. We
remember the sports teacher but we forget the elder brother-like friends of our
locality who taught us the rules & motivated us to win so many games. We
remember our mathematics teacher but what about all those calculations we did
while buying small stuffs for our house hold purpose from the local grocery
shop? We learnt team building, leadership, management, calculating risk factor,
equality & fraternity and what not, in our gully cricket match but still we
give recognition to our faculties who taught us these in much tougher &
complicated way during our higher education. I learnt more from my friends than
from my teachers during my school days. We did group study & helped each
other to understand any concepts, theories or anything. I travelled to many
parts of this country with very limited money with my friends. There I managed
well and enjoyed exploring more with lesser money, still I remember my college
exposure visits more and appreciate the same.
Do you know how an unknown thing can be
made a product of choice in few minutes? I remember the vendors of local trains
of Kolkata & Mumbai who taught me this and probably much more about
marketing & advertisement of any product. I remember the numerous TV ads
& movies which inspired me to do so many things, take risk & become
what I am today in my life.
Today I salute all those
great teachers of my life who taught me how to live my life happily.
